We have developed our own exhaustive quality assurance manual that identifies all procedures, and conforms to government regulations. Our manual is a version of MIL-STD-45208 that was modified in 1991 for the commercial sector.

Our stringent quality control procedures guarantee that every detail of your project receives the appropriate attention. We have developed processes for purchase order control, engineering drawing & specification change control, and receiving inspections of raw material components. Additionally, we employ tight tolerances in cross-checking supplier deliverables against our engineering drawings and specifications to guarantee that our high standards are maintained.

Finally, all equipment goes through a rigorous testing period that includes a quality checklist that is carefully assessed and approved by management before it leaves our facility.
